A quite and green place close to Milano  

The accommodation is a villa located in a residential neighbourhood in Assago, surrounded by green and in front of a communal garden while a larger one equipped with a playground, football field and skating rink are only a few meters distant.

 

The area in which the house is situated is historically agricultural and characterised by a strong bond with the nearby city.

This area is situated at the gates of the metropolis, but remained natural thanks to the constraints imposed by the Ente Parco Agricolo Sud Milano (South Milan Agricultural Park Authority) that contributed to the existence of this real, green lung just south of Milan.

The accommodation is located in a very calm, safe, quiet area, well served by public transport.

 

Specifically, the spaces in question were completely renovated by the end of 2014, with the instalment of underfloor radiant panels for cooling/heating, replacing all doors and windows with new high-performance ones, better isolating the rooms from the thermohygrometric and acoustic points of view to obtain the Energy Performance Certification A+.
